Professional public accreditation of study programs p. 2 Public accreditation is recognition of the level of a HE, carrying out educational activity, as compliant with the relevant criteria and requirements of the Russian, foreign and international organizations p. 4 Professional public accreditation of educational programs is recognition of the quality and level of training of graduates who have mastered an educational program delivered by a HEI as compliant with the requirements of professional standards, labor market requirements for specialists, workers and employees of the corresponding specialization p. 8 HE institutions being accredited within the public accreditation or professional public accreditation procedure submit information to the Accreditation Board and it is considered during state accreditation process

Regulations on state accreditation of educational activities, approved by Decree of the government of the Russian Federation of 18. 11. 2013 № 1039 establishes the procedure of state accreditation of educational activities of educational organizations, carrying out training Types of foreign educational organizations, applying for state accreditation of educational activities: foreign educational organizations, carrying out educational activities at the location of a branch on the territory of the Russian Federation foreign educational organizations, carrying out educational activities outside the territory of the Russian federation The set of documents for submitting an application is envisaged by Paragraph 8 of the Regulations Obligatory: a copy of the document on state registration of the organization, carrying out educational activities in accordance with the legislation of a foreign state! The attached documents made in a foreign language shall be submitted with a certified translation in Russian.

The administrative procedure for the Federal Service of Supervision in Education and Science to provide the state service on state accreditation of educational activities of 16. 09. 2014 № 1227 determines time limits and order of administrative procedures and activities during state accreditation of educational activities Analysis of the documents submitted by educational organizations (from a single window of the Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science) and data input into the information system of state accreditation; Organization and support of the external review procedure; Analysis of the external review results and preparation of documents for their submission to the Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science for making a decision on state accreditation. Decision making on state accreditation of educational activities (on reissuance of the state accreditation certificate) or refusal of state accreditation of educational activities, reissuance of the state accreditation certificate). Issue of a certificate in case of a positive decision.
