When you got the bill you realised they charged for a bottle of red wine you didn´t actually order; you found a hair in your salad; you noticed the plates were not clean enough; the service was too slow; the waiters were rude to you. • Ask to talk to the manager to discuss the problem and ask for a compensation. • B • You are the manager. Listen to the customer, but at first you don´t think they are totally right. Give reasons to support your point of view. • (Try to use reported speech) • Finally, agree to compensate the customer and apologise.
