Closing Thoughts… ü BRAC ’ 05 will see a net gain of ~4500 permanent party military and DA Civilians at Ft Knox with a positive economic impact on the region. ü The Great Inhale has begun (before we exhale)……. . ü 3 -1 IBCT has arrived, is established and growing…… ü Between Aug 2009 and Oct 2011 more than 1, 400 people will be hired to fill HRCo. E DAC vacancies…many from outside the system, and even more contractors ü Human Resources Command advanced party has moved into its facility in E-town and has started hiring ü BRAC is On Track at Ft Knox – “Brick and Mortar” ü USAARMC is preparing to move to Ft Benning in late FY 10 and FY 11 ü Yes……. . it is really happening!
