Are Who We Corporate Biography (Pic) Thomas Shou, Founder Born in the USA, Thomas is a senior Chinese translation consultant with over 15 years of translation/interpretation experience in both US and Asia, as well as over 5 years of experience in managing high-tech marketing communication projects. In 2005, Thomas established Sino. Trans International (STI), a full-service Asian translation agency. Prior to founding STI, Mr. Shou worked for six years as a marketing communications specialist in the telecom and semiconductor industry. He has a MA in Modern Chinese Literature from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a BA in English Literature from Reed College in Portland, Oregon.
