The first and the important characteristic of a good restaurant is cleanness since it gives an good impression to the customers. All the areas of the Restaurant must be kept clean, starting from the front area where food is served, and also includes the areas that are not visible to customers like kitchen.
Special care should be given to eating utensils, tools and materials used for preparing and serving food. The restaurants that have restrooms may not be kept clean, so it may cause illness to its customers. Cleanness is the most important factor for a good restaurant
The second characteristic of a good restaurant is, providing good service since it have the capability to bring the customers back. Generally the customers are hungry when they coming to a restaurant and many of them are stressful from hard work, a good restaurant must give a high level of service.
Customers expect the high level of service from the Restaurant and they want the restaurant to process orders very accurately and quickly. Moreover, they want delicious food from the restaurant. Therefore, a good restaurant should have highly efficient staffs and the staffs should be trained in order to be courteous and willing to serve the customers. All of these will certainly make a good restaurant popular.
The last characteristic of a good restaurant is, reasonable price. Normally customers have a reasonable price in their mind for the food they have ordered and the level of service they have received. Therefore, agood restaurant should set prices based on the type of food and the level of service they provide.
Price that are too expensive will upset the customers and they may suspect about the quality of the food. It may tends the customers to not visit the restaurant again. These are three major characteristics of a good restaurant.
