SFT S o F T w a r e D e v e l o p m e n t f o r E x p e r i m e n t s e-MAPS n n n 2005 MAPS exercise electronic-only (CERN management decision) An e-MAPS form (EDH) is in the process of being tested and will be released sometime in November 2004 Form is unchanged - creation, signatures, routing will be automatic More details how this new form will work will be provided PH department is creating the role of the Appraiser/Supervisor. q n being done for all those staff members who have been Appraisers in 2004, linking them to the people they interviewed Appraiser/Supervisor will q q create and complete his/her part of the e-MAPS form authorize leave requests
