Visa Information • Visa invitation letters may be needed to obtain a visa into Macau, China for some countries. If you need a visa invitation letter, please follow the following instructions q q If a visa is required, attendees to the Macao Session #55 are required to fill out an invitation request form (Appendix A) and send it to Huawei. The contact person can be found in Appendix A. Huawei will provide the visa invitation letters to the attendees. Then, the attendees can use this letter to request a visa for China from their embassy or consulate. Moreover, they should provide a copy of the photograph page from their passport. (To ensure readability, a scanned photograph page is preferred). Those who have been to China need to provide a copy of their former Chinese visa records.
