Service Delivery Zaarour Sleiman was formed when two highly successful and long established building companies, Karl Zaarour & Sons & Mannix Construction & Developments Pty Ltd merged in 2005. With their motto “building it right from the start”, Zaarour Sleiman know what it means when clients and architects want attention to detail and fine quality work. Karl Zaarour has been building units, townhouses, commercial developments, and home extensions & renovations around Sydney for over 45 years. With sons Claude joining him in 1977, and later Christopher and Leba-Karl in 1995, a partnership called Karl Zaarour & Sons was formed to establish a family business with an emphasis to building top quality and affordable residential dwellings. Karl Zaarour & Sons maintained a high level of quality from the foundations to hand over stage by implementing a quality controlled belief of using and contracting first class tradesperson’s. They were also able to maintain this high quality by being present on site throughout construction. This was evident with four prestigious awards won through the Master Builder’s Association of NSW (MBA). The first of these was won in 1996 for Home Units - Division 4, for a project called “The Riviera”, and also a Certificate of Appreciation from the residents of Forestville for another project called “Nicholas Court”. These achievements continued to follow through in 1997, winning the Master Builder’s Association Award for Town Houses and Villas. With more projects being built, the partnership needed to expand employed Mannix Construction & Developments (Joseph Sleiman - Director) in 2002 as a building contractor. Joseph’s expertise helped the partnership tackle uncompromising situations as it moved to a higher league in building exclusive dwellings. This lead Karl Zaarour & Sons to win their third and fourth MBA awards in 2003 and 2004 respectively. In 2004/2005 Mannix Constructions built 41 apartments in The Entrance which has been claimed by local agents to be the ‘best’ building in the area. During the same period, Karl Zaarour & Sons built apartments in Northbridge and luxury townhouses in Mosman. It was now the right time to merge. Our philosophy is to be ethical, professional and to construct our projects to the highest possible standard. Our aim is not to build just one project for our client / architects but to build a sound relation and understanding for further prospects. With numerous projects and developments being built, Zaarour Sleiman are proud to have been part, and still being involved with the changing development face of Sydney.
