Graduation Achievement of a Western Australian Certificate of Education (WACE) is controlled by the Graduation Achievement of a Western Australian Certificate of Education (WACE) is controlled by the School Curriculum and Standards Authority (SCSA) who: • Set graduation standards; • Determine the final graduation status of all students in Western Australia; and • Award the WACE to each eligible student. 6
