Hong Kong / Singapore pre-school children with DD Assessed by CAC Refer to CRS under SWD Wait for placement of IP, EETC, SCCC Assessed by CDU of KKH (East SG) or NUH (West SG) Refer to SG Enable DSP provided by Outreaching Program “Child Development Program (CDP)” of KKH or NUH, which includes Case Manager (usually trained paediatrician), Nurse, Psychologist, OT, SLT, SE teachers and MSW, with PT (who is Outside the Unit and buy-service) and Audio Therapy of Hospital
