Scholarship Program for the Children and Grandchildren of Top Selling Representatives in 15 Markets
Program general description • Program was made possible by a generous personal donation to the Avon Foundation for Women and designed to enhance the educational opportunities for the children and grandchildren of Top Selling Representatives • Up to 100 one-time awards of USD $2, 000 each will be granted for undergraduate study only. The grant can cover tuition, school fees, room and board, books and transportation. • The application must be completed and submitted via mail, with a postmark deadline of February 1, 2012. Scholarship Management Services will provide an email address where their staff can answer questions about the program and submission of applications. • If desired, local Avon offices can collect submissions to mail in directly to Scholarship Management Services (SMS). However: Avon Associates cannot assist Representatives or Representatives’ children/grandchildren with preparation or translation of applications, as this might be perceived as favoritism.

In the US, “good standing” for this program is defined as a Representative who is “active” (has placed an order in the last 3 campaigns); has a balance due of less than a total of $500 USD over the last 2 campaigns and is tagged in the system as a top seller. In the US, the top seller program level begins with personal sales of $10, 100/year. International markets should use similar local criteria to define “good standing” for purposes of this program.
