Key Findings (1) SCCP Sub-Committee on Customs Procedures Highlights of findings: 1) Failing to consider each economy’s situation Taking each economy’s situation into consideration, such as laws, regulations, human resources of the government agencies, and trade circumstances, etc. 2) Lack of strong leading agencies Strong leading agencies are the key to ensure the success of SW implementation.
