Poaching of sea turtles Problem § Each year, 40 000 sea turtles are killed because of the fishing in Costa Rica. § Each year in Mexico, 35 000 sea turtles are killed for their meat, eggs and carapace. Solutions §You musn’t eat eggs and meat from turtles §You musn’t buy salad bowls made from turtles
