A/V System Policy l l l Pertains to high-end A/V equipment and accessories Owing to time and budgetary constraints, the House A/V system is in general available for house-government events only However, any resident can submit a waiver application (currently in development) to the A/V Committee requesting private use of the equipment 9

A/V System Policy l If the application is approved, we will work with the resident to facilitate borrowing the A/V equipment for a nominal rental fee 10

How to bring a bill? Discussion on the bill during the House Meeting l Vote – To table bill for a month or To discard l At least 1/4 th of the voting members should vote in favor for the bill to be tabled l If tabled, the bill will be brought again for discussion, followed by an official vote at the next House Meeting. l 12
