• Civilization — countries with common defining features (culture, language, religion); • Is a long time; • Some civilizations have their «core» countries (Western, Orthodox, Japanese, etc. ), while others do not have them (Islamic, Latin American, African). Tips of Huntington – provide cooperation ( Europe + North America ) ; – integrate into Western civilization their culture – provide relations with Japan and Russia ; – limit the military expansion of Confucian and Islamic states; – strengthen international institutions that reflect Western interests.
In the future will not develop a single universal civilization. The idea of a universal civilization is not relevant. The geopolitics formula — “The West and The Rest” – dualism according to Huntington. Author offers only one way – cooperation with west to decrease of conflict. : Conclusion
