RUTLISH SCHOOL STUDENT LEADERSHIP AWARD SCHEME YEAR 7 – LEVEL 1 YEAR 8 – LEVEL 2 YEAR 9 – BRONZE AWARD YEAR 10 – SILVER AWARD To gain the Level 1 Certificate you need to complete 10 challenges. Ø Take part in a Tutor Group assembly Ø Prepare a Tutor Time activity Ø Contribute to the Tutor/School Community Ø Contribute towards a Charity or fundraising Ø Take part in two different House events Ø Attend an extra-curricular club for 6 sessions Ø Represent the school in a sport or at an event Ø Participate in a school visit or overnight stay Ø Take part in a group presentation in a lesson Ø Attend Yr 7 Parents Evening or YEAR 11 – GOLD AWARD Parent/Carer Ø Achieve target grades in six you need To gain the Gold Certificate subject toareas complete 8 challenges Ø Achieve over 95% attendance for 2 Ø full terms an offer to study at RR 6 Receive Ø Have no more than 3 lates for 2 full Be entered for a GCSE exam in a terms language other than English Ø Achieve.
