This annual meeting of the County Party will be held on Saturday, February 3, 2018. Registration, Breakfast and Social begin at 9: 00 a. m. with welcoming remarks at 10: 00 a. m. Call to Caucus at 10: 30 a. m. The business of said meeting shall include approval of delegates and alternates to the First and Fifth District Caucuses and to the State Convention. Other business shall include consideration of resolutions to be adopted by the Republican Party of Waukesha County, and any other business brought to this meeting. Resolutions If you have a resolution you would like considered at the Republican Party of Waukesha County Caucus, email it to the RPWC office at hq@waukeshagop. org. Deadline for submittal is January 19, 2018. The resolutions must be written in 200 words or less. County Caucus / Delegate Voting Status Only current 2018 members are eligible to vote or request delegate / alternate status to the County Caucus, the District Caucuses, State Convention and National Convention. IN ORDER TO BE CURRENT: Membership Renewals must be received nine (9) calendar days prior to the Caucus. New Memberships must be received 29 calendar days prior to the Caucus. This is according to the Constitution of the Republican Party of Waukesha County. You must renew or add your delegate / membership status as follows: · Renewals must be received before January 24, 2018 · New Memberships must received before January 5, 2018 All other Republican memberships do not carry voting status. Anyone is welcome to attend the County Caucus as a guest. To become a delegate you must register by going to our website at waukeshagop. org and clicking on delegate event registration or by calling the Waukesha County office at 262 -542 -8532 or email hq@waukeshagop. org by January 26, 2018 The delegate list will be approved at the County Caucus on February 3, 2018.
