Sim. Pad Technology l The Patented Sim. Pad packaging product is manufactured with 100% recycled high density expanded polystyrene beads that are encapsulated in a high strength plastic film. l The Sim. Pad is then placed under a vacuum and sealed. The result is a Sim. Pad that is rigid enough to ship in a flat shape and flexible enough to conform around an object, yet maintain the shape of that object.

Sim. Pad Features: l Come in a variety of colors and can be custom printed for logos or other marketing. l Antistatic; a ready solution for electronics. l Deliver the cushion curves of much more expensive packs.

Sim. Pad Parameters: l l l l 6” X 10” Smallest. 24” x 45” Largest. Available thicknesses range from. 75” to 3” for most length and width combinations. Sim. Pads can be made to almost any size between the above specifications. Sim. Pads can be scored multiple times in either direction for folding. Film gauges available from 3 to 14 mil.
