Course Model The courses of the Retail Supply Chain Certification program are broken down into four modules, with elective courses for each module: • Supply Chain Fundamentals • Forecasting and Planning • Inventory Management • Metrics and Process Integration In principle, participants can take the modules in the order they prefer. Modular Exam The exam is split into four parts, so users can take the exam directly after taking the core courses of a module: This allows the learner to focus on one module at a time, making it easier to prepare for the exam while encouraging participants to schedule training throughout the year. Each exam consists of multiple-choice questions. Participants have two attempts to score at least 75% in order to pass the exam. 18 -Month Access Although the Retail Supply Chain Certification program should take 6 -12 months to complete, participants are provided with 18 months of access to all of the program courses: This provides users with time to take elective courses as desired and further build their knowledge, once the core program has been completed.
