Direction • With an ageing population, the demand of persons with disabilities for residential Direction • With an ageing population, the demand of persons with disabilities for residential services will increase progressively. Moreover, it is envisaged that drastic changes in social environment and increase in work pressure will also lead to a rise in the number of persons with disabilities and their demand for residential services.
