2013 Accomplishments • Complete upgrade of all landscape lighting to LED • Camera upgrades at all gates and monitoring station in guardhouse • Major guardhouse renovation • New planned maintenance program for community: – HVAC, Lighting, Janitorial, Street Cleaner • New ID program for contractors & housekeepers • Enhanced efforts to enforce compliance 7
2014 Objectives – Audit perimeter brick wall for required repairs & long term planned maintenance – Add pedestrian passage & walkway next to Bistro/Montmarte gate – Complete new reserve study.
