State of progress year 3: 6 last months - RENAISSANCE - LYON FRANCE Concerto. Plus meeting (09/06/2008) - Exchange with others Concerto partners on socio-eco activities: results, good pratices… - Matrix: election of 8 core indicators - Step 1 “Buying my house” : finished - Concerto programme : not really understood - No special request for high performance buildings, way to save money. . Sustainable development/ protection of the environment = « fashion » - Lyon Confluence: closed to the city center, operation of urban renewal, green places RENAISSANCE : a CONCERTO project financed by the European Commission on the six framework programme 2

State of progress year 3: 6 last months RENAISSANCE - LYON FRANCE - Step 2 “Preparing my arrival” : initiated - « Welcome and orientation booklet » - information on Concerto measures - information on energy saving measures: good practices - Questionnaires to inhabitants RENAISSANCE : a CONCERTO project financed by the European Commission on the six framework programme 3

Analysis of progress RENAISSANCE - LYON FRANCE - Delays for step 1 but not a problem because delays in construction - Change of the partners (ALE and Hespul) RENAISSANCE : a CONCERTO project financed by the European Commission on the six framework programme 4

Plans for the next 18 months: 2009 - mid-2010 RENAISSANCE - LYON FRANCE - Step 2 “Preparing my arrival”: - “Welcome and orientation booklet” : to be finished - idea: to interview an inhabitant from Zaragoza (or another “Concerto inhabitant”) - Questionnaires for the future inhabitants : to be done - to include the Concerto. Plus indicators - to make a comparison possible with the questionnaire of step 3 - to be in relation with Enertech (leader of monitoring) - To organize meetings with the future inhabitants (with the help of SPLA) RENAISSANCE : a CONCERTO project financed by the European Commission on the six framework programme 5

Plans for the next 18 months: 2009 - mid-2010 RENAISSANCE - LYON FRANCE - Step 3 “Living in my house”: - Questionnaires for the future inhabitants : to be done - to include the Concerto. Plus indicators - to make a comparison possible with the questionnaire of step 2 - to be in relation with Enertech (leader of monitoring) - To prepare a argumentation to extend the Concerto contract (in relation with WP 2 monitoring) - To exchange with Spanish partners RENAISSANCE : a CONCERTO project financed by the European Commission on the six framework programme 6
