WP 0. 1 : State of progress (1/2) RENAISSANCE - LYON FRANCE (26 th/April/2009) Financial Management (Hespul/Grand Lyon): December 08/January 09: Payment by GL of 3 rd EC grant (finalisation of Year 2 full payment & 3 rd Pre-payment for each partner) Management activities (Hespul): Continuous overall management of the project : With Grand Lyon, local coordinators, partners, DG TREN services updating RENAISSANCE website Preparation/overview of 7 th RENAISSANCE session Delivery of the 5 annual reports – Year 3 (Hespul) Overall management & Production of Year 3 Annual Reports (with 3 months late… again ) Submission to DG TREN the 10 th March 2009 (electronically : 4 th/03/09) Management Report financially analysed by DG TREN 26 th March 09 validation on track (corrected version sent electronically by Hespul to Financial service, 15 th April 2009). WP 0. 1 : State of progress (2/2) RENAISSANCE - LYON FRANCE (26 th/April/2009) Amendment n° 3 of the contract (Annex I) (Hespul) Delivery to DG TREN the 23 rd March 2009 Content (letter from Grand Lyon + Amendment 3 to Annex I) : Usual procedure (Next 18 months report (months 37 -54)) Mention of 2 changes of legal names for 2 partners : ex-SMRUZ => Sociedad Municipal Zaragoza Vivienda ex-SEM lyon confluence => SPLA Lyon Confluence Extra procedure following ECODES withdrawal => Ud. Z Transfer of ECODES budget (244 538 Euro) to Ud. Z (Amendment of the full budget) + Review, monitoring of budget changes, exchanges with Ud. Z & DG TREN services (lasted 6 month !) Extra procedure following Lombardy’s request Modification of its internal allocation, to acknowledge the active involvement of ERSAF under R&D + Training (lasted 6 month !)
