After elections it is steadily followed by critique of their misleading results. It was the case after SK Parliamentary elections (March 3 -rd 2016) too: but according to the rules survey activities must be stopped 2 weeks before elections. . .

7. 5. Global and specific predictors of trust in the courts. 1. 2. 3. 8. 6. 4. Osobná moralita - zvnútornený systém morálnych presvedčení v súlade so spoločenskými pravidlami. Vnímané riziko sankcií - subjektívne vnímaná pravdepodobnosť, že priestupky voči pravidlám budú potrestané . Rešpektovanie zákonov - výskyt priestupkov voči pravidlám v osobnej histórii jednotlivca. Ochota spolupracovať s súdmi – napr. v prípade potreby svedčiť na súde. Presvedčenia o efektivite činnosti súdov - či sa súdy dopúšťajú chýb, ktoré nechávajú vinníkov na slobode. Dôvera v procedurálnu férovosť - ako často robia súdy spravodlivé nezaujaté rozhodnutia založené na dôkazoch. Vnímaná legalita činnosti súdov – či súdy chránia záujmy len bohatých; či rozhodnutia súdov sú príliš ovplyvnené politickými tlakmi. Vnímaná legitimita súdov – či je povinnosťou prijať rozhodnutie súdov; či zákony sa majú prísne dodržiavať; či ani správnosť veci a konania neospravedlňuje porušenie zákona.

Freedom House in the year 2000 classified 120 countries, or 63% of the world total, as democracies. At the same time growing number of people become disillusioned with the workings of democracy. ESS data reflect that in perceptions of Europeans there is still a gap between people’s expectations about what a democracy should be, and evaluations of their own democracies.
