A Pilot Project – What is It? • Working groups work on topics of A Pilot Project – What is It? • Working groups work on topics of interest to the IGS – charter and terms of reference • Pilot Projects – leverage the outputs from WG activities – provide an opportunity to further refine these outputs towards developing new IGS service offerings – first major step is to complete and release a call for participation

Towards Real-time Workshop • RTWG Position Paper – The goal is to have in Towards Real-time Workshop • RTWG Position Paper – The goal is to have in place a reliable, robust and manageable system of data and products exchange coming from a global network of multidisciplinary real-time tracking stations. – The objective of this session is to lay down the foundation needed to facilitate a free flowing exchange of real-time data and products among IGS members.
