Overview § Excellent quality registration is the goal of all Patient Access Managers. How these goals are met can take many paths, using a variety of tools.
Goals of the Presentation 1. Attendees will be able to describe the evolution of quality registration programs and be able to answer the question: Where are you? Stone Age…Wireless Age or somewhere in between. 2. Be able to develop goals for creating a quality registration program. 3. Evaluate a tool to assist in registering patients accurately and quickly without errors and manage complex workflows efficiently.
