Vast Chartering BV, The Netherlands, primarily to provide conventional maritime transport services to the granite trade in INDIA. In 2006 we formed a Joint Venture (JV) with ECL (Singapore) Pvt Ltd, (100% Subsidiary of Eastern Car Liners Ltd, Japan). This JV we operate under the banner of ECL Puy. Vast India Pvt Ltd, and are general agents for ECL in INDIA.
