Business processes and information management Trends / Growth basis Customers are confused; they search for consultants who will guide them through the processes of requirement definition, negotiations with IT companies and implementation supervision. Growing awareness of the consequences of implementing badly chosen IT systems creates a need for preimplementation analysis. End of the ownership structure changes in Poland a shift towards increasing efficiency require detailed process optimization (e. g. logistics).
