Questionnaire Results – Findings and Recommendations There is little commonality among the NYS agencies regarding what or how data is reported. Agencies with well developed reporting systems may share its reporting application with IT staff of the other State agencies who are interested in developing a web-based application The NYS agencies should meet to discuss the content of each report and how the data is obtained. ◦ Some of the areas or content may be of value to other State agencies and may save development time.
