Competent Authorities III. C/ Recognition of specializations EU/non. EU countries Mo. H SR D/ Licence to practice EU/non. EU countries parts: - recognition of qualif. (Mo. E, Mo. H), - good character, - health capacity, - ethical competency (good repute), - language skills. 5
