Problems in Kazakhstan • In our country agriculture is important sector in an economy, but it has some problems like countries in previous page. • So, we have problems like lack of information(price, weather, etc), rural infrastructure, lack of workers, backwardness of agricultural technologies;
Lack of information: there are unclear information about weather, price, equipment, information about level of genetic potential of the used seed and livestock; Rural infrastructure: Kazakhstan has a lot of ground and many programs to support agriculture, but people do not want to engage in agricultural because countryside isn’t enough provided with sufficient clean water, light, gas and telecommunication;
Kazakh scientific organizations unsecured by modern scientific and logistical infrastructure. We also have very little equipment, and inadequate social and physical infrastructure of the village. And due to the backwardness of rural areas people do not want to go to work to there, on the contrary, many people of villages are going to the city. Therefore, we have little labor and professionals in this area, also we have low wages in agriculture;
ICT based Solutions Main solution to these problems , it is of course the development of infrastructure in rural areas , that is necessary to develop mobile and telecommunications network. With the introduction of the above, people may use different m - application for information about the weather, price and to search like applications such as E-Diary in Sri. Lanka and KACE in Kenya
ICT based Solutions With ICT we can take action on social support for young professionals to promote their consolidation in rural areas. That is to send them different message about the job , offers and promotions.
