Halloween Traditions and Safety Tips

Carry a Flashlight • Trick-or-treaters should carry a flashlight so cars can see them. • They should look both ways before they cross the street.
No Weapons • Children should not carry dangerous weapons on Halloween. • This pirate is carrying a blunt plastic sword.
