Presenting the project’s web-site Comenius „Mobile schooling” ZESPÓŁ SZKÓŁ NR 1 in Działdowo
Technical aspect – creating the web page The Comenius web page was created using Google Sites. It turns out to be the easiest way to make information accessible to people who need quick, up-to-date access. We can work together on a Site to add file attachments, information from other Google applications like Google Docs, Google Groups, Google Calendar, You. Tube and Picasa so we can insert videos, docs, spreadsheets, presentations, photo slide shows, discussions and calendars directly onto our page.
The aims of the web page Comenius “Mobile schooling” web page has been created for various reasons. The first very important factor was fulfilling one of the conditions included in the agreement signed by the National Agency and schools participating in the project. Secondly, it turned out that the web page is a good way of spreading all the information and materials produced during the workshops and any other actions which took part within “Mobile schooling” project.
Our common aim is to inform as many people as possible about our cooperation, our program and results of our work. The website has been created not only for Comenius “Mobile school” members, but also for each school community: students, teachers, headmasters, parents; for local authorities, other schools who are taking into consideration the idea of starting international cooperation and finally for anyone interested in the topic of higher education, counseling and vocational guidance. Arousing interest, giving ideas and informing about activities taken are our priorities.
“Sharing knowledge is not about giving people something, or getting something from them. That is only valid for information sharing. Sharing knowledge occurs when people are genuinely interested in helping one another develop new capacities for action; it is about creating learning processes. ” Peter Senge
CONTENTS All the data presented on Comenius “Mobile schooling” web page is in English, the main language of the project. Firstly, it presents main information about the project itself.
