Татарский государственный гуманитарно -педагогический университет Основан 24 октября 1876 года по Указу Императора Александра II как Учительский институт — третий в России после Санкт-Петербургского и Московского. После своего образования название его неоднократно менялось. Mini Mega. Tartora The system of optical widefield monitoring of the celestial sphere “Mini-Mega TORTORA” serves to detect and investigate swift-flowing phenomenas of previously origin in the near and far space. The main way of getting information is the wide optical monitoring of the celestial sphere with the high temporal resolution. (9 телескопов диаметром 10 см, они сканируют небесную сферу, 900 кв градусов одновременно охватывают)

Educational activities The practice base in fields of astronomy, terrestrial and satellite geodesy, topography, radio physics and radio astronomy will be the key-component.
Recently in EAO a unique Museum of astronomy has been built; the biggest visual telescope in Russia has been started; a solar telescope, sundial and armilliar sphere have been established; all the necessary infrastructure is created. The space astronomical tourist complex already exists, it has high-grade functions and represents a unique educational and scientific object in Russia. The laying of Planetarium foundation stone was fulfilled on August 22, 2011 during the International astronomical congress “Astro. Kazan 2011”. The efficient area of the planetarium exceeds 1500 m 2. The software of the planetarium complex is going to give the opportunity to develop our own educational programs. The equipment is supposed to produce a real planetarium demonstration of celestial bodies. The dome of the planetarium has a diameter of 15 meters and an inclination of 10 degrees. Around the Planetarium will be located the public Astronomical Park (Astro. Park) with educational and scientific objects.
