Porous Paving Treatments • • • 65 Rainfall and Runoff measured during 11 events Porous Paving Treatments • • • 65 Rainfall and Runoff measured during 11 events during the 2005 -2006 wet season. Events ranged from 0. 23 inches to 1. 07 inches during Phase I monitoring. All Three Porous Paving Treatments eliminated 100 percent of the runoff and associated contaminants. 51

MFS Performance (Phase I) • • • Perlite used as Media Initial data based MFS Performance (Phase I) • • • Perlite used as Media Initial data based upon only 3 events Effective at further removal of sediment • • • 69 Coarse sediments (>63 µ) to <1. 8 mg/L. Fine sediments (<63 µ) to <14 mg/L Effective at further removal of contaminants strongly associated with particulate contaminants • e. g. Total Lead concentrations reduced 27 -60 percent 55
