Operations Goals • Communications – Survey Monkey • Maintain subscription • PDU certificate info embedded within the last question – Surveys to attendees – update the registration list with the noshows, send within 24 -48 hrs of event, keep open for 2 weeks with results to VP Programs • Dinner - monthly • Breakfast – 2 x per month • Special Event – as scheduled • Chapter – 1 x per year
