Płock – many arguments for… PPP Projects Northern Ring Road Total length of the road: 10 km Estimated cost: 160 mln PLN Planned realization of the project: 2013 The planned road runs across the areas of the city of Płock (2, 2 km) as well as municipalities of Radzanowo and Bielsk. The road constitutes an extension of the second bridge crossing. The main aim of this investment is the improvement of the Płock communication system. The diversion of the transit and dangerous materials transport stream from the city’s main streets to the ring road has an immense significance for the improvement of life quality and safety of Płock citizens.

Płock – many arguments for… PPP Projects North-West Ring-Road Total length of the road: 12 km Planned realization of the project (phase I and II): 2012 -2014. Estimated cost (within the city borders): 250 mln PLN The main effect of this investment would by the diversion of the heavy transport stream from the industrial districts of the city (i. e. from PKN ORLEN) as well as displacement of the transit (mainly from Warsaw, Płońsk) from the main streets of city centre to the ring road. This solution enable the direct connection between Płock industrial area and national roads.

Płock – many arguments for… PPP Projects Management of Vistula River Embankment Within the frames of the investment following projects will be realized: - construction of marina and a pier, - construction of training-social-technical accompanying infrastructure at the Sobótka Lake, - construction of Aquapark, sports hall and hotels, - construction of housing estates, - creation of technical infrastructure for all projects.

Płock – many arguments for… PPP Projects Modernization of Płock Airfield The project aims at modernization of the existing grass airfield (area of 100 ha) and construction of a structure within the "General Aviation" type. Main components of the project : 1. Construction of a runway with a hardened pavement, 1200 x 30 m, together with taxiways; 2. Construction of a runway with a grass surface (for gliders), 800 x 250 m, leveling and drainage of the area; 3. Construction of hangars with a technical support infrastructure, fuel depot as well as multifunctional building for the ground services of the air traffic (air traffic control, clients and passengers service, flying-club headquarters, etc. ); 4. Construction of the necessary infrastructure connected with the air traffic services (communications systems, illumination, security systems, etc. ); 5. Construction of the auxiliary infrastructure (roads, parking spaces, etc. ); 6. Division of the airfield area in order to separate the site of 30 – 35 ha for the investment/commercial purposes.
