Birthday Treat Save Time! Please Sign the Birthday Treat Policy and turn in at the end! Birthdays are a special celebration! Your child will be wished happy birthday on the intercom. Your child’s classmates will sing happy birthday to your child, if they choose. Our goal is for treats to be non-food items. • Stickers • Post-its • Slap bracelets • Highlighters • Donate a special book to the classroom library
HOMEWORK Reading: Every night your child should be reading a minimum of 30 minutes with a book at their level. Math: EVERY NIGHT there will be math practice, with the exception of days we have a task or test in class (if they don’t have homework, it will be written in their planner). Other: If your student does not complete classwork, it is possible that it will be sent home to be completed on their own time.
