Composition and responsibilities of crisis team to monitor the organization before crisis, make decisions during crisis, and guide rebuilding after. b. Means to work in temporary quarters including at home c. Names, contact information of key people including management, experts, security, and media contacts.

Key message points grounded in the mission of the organization. 3. Prepare management for open communication with all audiences.
