Возраст учащихся 12 -13 лет (5 -6 класс). Цель: усвоение учащимися схему и порядок составления общих и специальных вопросов в английском языке. Задачи: Повторение пройденного материала Актуализация пройденного материала (на базе имеющихся знаний) Ознакомление с понятием Общего вопроса, правилами его составления. Ознакомление с понятием Специального вопроса, видами и правилами его составления. Закрепление изученного материала. Оборудование: доска, мел, конспект, презентация. Вид урока – ввод нового материала.

Firstly, look at the board and write down in your copybooks: General question is a question whether you can answer only ‘Yes’ or ‘No”. To form it, you need to change the subject and object: She is tall. Is she tall? You’re free. Are you free?

And then, special questions! They are asked to know some specific information. Usually, they are made with these words: Who (кто), What (что), Which (который), When (когда), Where (где, куда), Why (почему), How (как), How many/How much (сколько).

The word order is the same as in the General question but we add a question word at the begging of the sentence. What does Jane do on Sundays? — Что делает Джейн по воскресеньям? Why are you sitting at my desk? — Почему ты сидишь за моей партой? When do you get up? — Во сколько ты просыпаешься? How many pictures have you got? — Сколько картин у тебя есть? Where does she live? – Где она живет?

Attention! We can omit ‘do/does” with the word ‘Who’! Who plays football? Who lives here? Who knows it? But! Who is it? Who do you ask?
