ACTIVITIES • Day is split according to activities ; 4 activities per day. • Excellent training of staff – specific activity based training • Enthusiastic staff • Safety • First Aid

ACTIVITIES 07. 00 - 09. 00 Get up, get ready and fuel up for the day ahead 09. 15 - 12. 30 Morning activities - usually 2 sessions with a 15 minute refreshment break 12. 30 - 14. 00 Dry off & clean up. Time for a fresh & tasty two-course hot lunch 14. 15 - 17. 30 Afternoon activities - 2 exciting sessions with a 15 minute refreshment break 18. 00 - 19. 00 Time to eat again - a different menu each day 19. 00 - 21. 00 Talent shows, campfires, quizzes and more. The evening entertainment programme keeps you laughing until bedtime. 21. 00 / 21. 30 Bedtime. Catch up on some zzz's and prepare to do it all over again tomorrow!

SPENDING MONEY Example • Monday No money needed • Tuesday £ 2 • Wednesday £ 2 • Thursday £ 5 -10 (Includes gift shop) • Friday No money needed • Each day to be put in individual envelope • Money is stored safely onsite

MONDAY MORNING • Arrive at school at normal time with bags packed and labelled clearly. One bag per child plus a separate black bag with pillow and sleeping bag. (Bags to be left in studio. ) • Please supply a packed lunch & drink for your child in disposable packaging (plastic bag) – NO FIZZY DRINKS AND NUT FREE PLEASE! • During registration children hand in spending money in separate envelopes 1 for each day clearly labelled with child’s name. • Hand in medicines to Mrs Boden, Miss Challender or Mr Proud when asked to do so. If you haven’t already filled in a medical form you will need to complete one when handing in the medicine. Please make sure that all meds are clearly labelled with your child’s name and dosage. • PLEASE REMEMBER TO GIVE TRAVEL SICKNESS PILLS TO YOUR CHILD BEFORE COMING TO SCHOOL.

MONDAY CONTINUED JOURNEY DOWN WILL INCLUDE A STOP TO EAT OUR PACKED LUNCHES AT BERRINGTON HALL. ARRIVE AT TREGOYD HOUSE 3. 00 approx.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS • BOYS AND GIRLS – separate rooms • Number in room depends on room allocation. • We will try our best to ensure that children are with friends • Children are not allowed into other rooms boys or girls

COMMUNICATION • NO MOBILES with children • Contact Tregoyd House • Contact Portway School

PICKING UP • We will leave the centre after lunch on FRIDAY • HOPEFULLY arriving back around 5: 30 – we will notify parents via text message with a more accurate time as the journey progresses.
