The issue is automatically made available in the Back Office where it can be managed by skilled staff. Back Office staff assesses urgency and schedules action The hazard / incident is assigned to an experienced staff member for action and a deadline is set Paper Tiger sends out an investigation / action request and if required also a NOTICE of Serious Harm for the Dept of Labour… Paper Tiger monitors progress against the deadline Paper Tiger has extensive reporting capabilities with both graphical and text reports. The other icons can tell you which Issues are still Open. . . The dead line for completion is clearly shown. The Request can be printed or emailed (using Outlook or SMTP) - Paper Tiger stores the email address to each person assigned Action Requests recipients can also be selected from Outlook. PAPER TIGER Once the assigned person has investigated/actioned the Injury, they report back and Paper Tiger is updated with the new information. OASIS is also automatically updated for Web report purposes. For action requests not returned by their dead lines, Paper Tiger will elevate the issue to the overdue screen and also activate an overdue warning in the Back Office Main screen. Hazard Registers can be generated for all active, managed hazards and their control points. AND for individual locations within the organisation. Very useful for induction training. Review schedules – can be printed or emailed PAPER TIGER Set the REVIEW SPAN by clicking this icon. The review schedule will include all hazard reviews scheduled between now and the numbers of forward days set. Paper Tiger generates individual HAZARD REVIEW SCHEDULES for each reviewer listing ALL Hazards assigned to them and due for review within the set TIME SPAN - plus all OVERDUE reviews.
