Meeting notes • Welcome new member: Matthew Chalmers • Chapter leaders should not be required to become paying member (but it is encouraged) • Proxy voting should be possible? • Chapter survey should be prioritized (action: Matt – help from Seba) • Call for both mentors (experienced chapter leaders) and chapter leaders wanting to get in touch with a mentor (action: Seba) • Take on the chapters handbook (Ofer already started with it) • Outline created • create stubs • ask for volunteers to help create content and review it. MM • Chapter governance: To be started as stub. • Differentiate between “special interest groups” with light rules / chapters with a more formal governance • Internal notes / discussion form / handbook editing (Google Document to set up –Seba) • Identify wiki pages that should be locked (e. g. rules) All • Whate are chapter succes criteria? Feedback survey that can be reused (Seba to send example from Belgium)? • Identify inactive chapters (run python script – Seba)? • Prepare the DC Summit (GCC has a 1 h slot) OWASP
