EIF in brief EIF Tier 1 EIF Tier 2 Title: Strengthening Institutional Mechanisms for EIF in brief EIF Tier 1 EIF Tier 2 Title: Strengthening Institutional Mechanisms for Formulating, Implementing, Managing and Monitoring Cambodia’s Trade Integration Strategy. 2. PDO: is aimed at strengthening the incountry arrangements for EIF in order to increase Cambodia’s ownership of TRTA and maximizing the benefits that the country, in particular the private sector, can derive from the EIF. 3.
