Report Description Due Date Statewide The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education shall submit all plans for the Telecommunications enhancement of the State Regents Educational Telecommunications Network to the Network Plan Enterprise Services for review and approval within the context of the statewide telecommunications network. 62 O. S. § 34. 23. B. 1 July 1 Telecommunications The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education shall submit a report annually to the Plans Chief Information Officer identifying the telecommunications plans for each member of The Oklahoma State System for Higher Education. 62 O. Data and Telecommunication Plans All agencies of the executive branch of this state presently using or contemplating the use July 1 of telecommunications and electronic information technology applications, including, but not limited to, the use of mainframe computers, minicomputers or microcomputers, word processing equipment, office automation systems, internet, e. Government, broadband, WIFI or wireless networking, radio, including the interoperable radio communications system for state agencies, Global Positioning Systems (GPS), or contracts for information technology services and equipment shall submit to the ISD of Office of Management and Enterprise Services a one year operations plan. 62 O. Information Technology Accessibility Standards The appointing authority (administrative officer) of an agency shall maintain a summary October 1 and statistical information about the number, nature and outcome of all formal complaints filed with the agency alleging that an agency or its authorized agent does not comply with electronic and information technology accessibility laws or the Information Technology Accessibility Standards. A complaint report containing such information shall be provided to the Office of Management and Enterprise Services. Report IT Inventory Description Due Date The Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall maintain a current inventory of August 15 tangible assets owned by state boards, commissions, institutions, agencies and the institutions comprising The Oklahoma State System of Higher Education and the University Hospitals Authority. 74 O. S. § 110. 1. OMES shall maintain a directory of the following which have a value of Five Hundred Dollars ($500. 00) or more: application systems, systems software, hardware, internal and external information technology, communication or telecommunication equipment owned, leased, or rented for use in communication services for state government, including communication services provided as part of any other total system to be used by the state or any of its agencies, and studies and training courses in use by all agencies of the state; and facilitate the utilization of the resources by any agency having requirements which are found to be available within any agency of the state. 62 O. S. § 34. 12. A. 6. All agencies must submit an annual report of current inventory of tangible assets owned by the agency as of June 30 of the preceding fiscal year to OMES by August 15.
