The Plans are designed to address local socialeconomy challenges and opportunities. Plan Financing: 70% by Ministry of Social Development and 30% by Provinces
BUDGET: WHO ARE THE RECIPIENTS: 30% of the SES 2016 budget will be used to finance provincial projects. All the provincies and states of the Republic of Argentina will be direct recipients. 30% WHO BENEFITS Beneficiaries are all those people in situations of social vulnerability, defined as those having structural barriers to economic development.
