Homework/Tests *Homework is not considered complete unless: 1. All directions have been followed completely. 2. Homework has been completed. Students should ask parents for help rather than leave blanks. *Students will sign homework log for incomplete work or if directions were not followed. *Points will be deducted on tests if directions are not followed completely/accurately OR if a student fails to answer test questions. *Students should always check their work to be sure all directions were followed and no answers were left blank.

Supply and Workbook Costs $65 supply fee covers: Wordly Wise book, Forest Avenue handbook, 4 classroom magazines, novels, planner, and 5 book covers You may pay your supply fee tonight or send it to school next Wednesday. If you are paying tonight, please place your check in the labeled envelope and hand it to your child’s homeroom teacher. The Friday t-shirt doubles as our field trip shirt, so everyone will need to purchase one.
