Special corporate contracts: Stage 1 st: Olympia Business Travel (ОBТ) forms air flights statistics of the Client with air companies’ detailed elaboration and gives the recommendations about expediency and possibility of the contract conclusion with the certain air company to reduce expenses of the Client Stage 2 nd: The Client delegates ОBТ the advancing negotiations with the chosen Air Company Stage 3 rd: ОBТ gives statistics of the Client to the Air Company, submits the client’s requests and receives the preliminary offer Stage 4 th: ОBТ arranges the tripartite negotiations “the Air Company - the Client – ОBТ” Stage 5 th: The Air Company refers to the Client and ОBТ the final business offer, the contract with special conditions for the Client is being signed Stage 6 th: OBT executes the contract (provides the air tickets sale using special conditions, gives an account of execution of the contract to the Client and Air Company) CLIENT AIRLINE OLYMPIA BUSINESS TRAVEL
