Ohio Professional Registry (OPR) • 2005 – Registry database created as part of Ohio’s QRIS pilot Step Up To Quality (SUTQ) • 2006 – Registry moved to OCCRRA in preparation for statewide implementation – Late November 2006 SUTQ and OPR rolled out statewide
