- In December 2011 the HDHHS leadership decided to create a dashboard to allow executive leadership to track the performance of the department. - The Dashboard began by tracking financial measures then over time the dashboard expanded to cover performance for each program area. - Access to the dashboard has been expanded from senior leadership to program management staff as part of a drive to push the department into a quality improvement mindset. - Additional dashboards were created to facilitate collaboration with community partners.
